The villa is accessed through a large wooden entrance gate that opens onto a landscaped courtyard with a fountain where the light filters through the intertwining jasmine flowers.  The courtyard is surrounded on all sides by a veranda with doors leading to the different rooms in the house.

The library, impressive yet cozy, is 100 square metres in size, with maple wood bookshelves and ceilings over 6 metres high.   It contains 12,000 books spanning a wide variety of subjects and languages, and is presided over by a fireplace.

The main dining-room and the living-room look out onto the pool and groves of lemon, orange and pomegranate trees.  Both rooms have a fireplace. French windows provide them with exceptional light at all hours of the day.

An elegant breakfast nook, off the fully-equipped kitchen, serves as the everyday dining area.  The kitchen has two ovens and all necessary modern features and appliances.  The staircase at the entrance to the kitchen leads down to the cellar, which has a staff bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a laundry room and two other rooms, one that can be used for general storage and the other as a wine cellar.
